We structure these initiatives to highlight the talent and diversity in the Texas drag scene and guarantee its longevity and sustainability within an ever-evolving cultural milieu.

The Texas Drag Legacy Archives
The Mahogany Project, in partnership with ACLU Texas, presents The Texas Drag Legacy Archive: a celebration of Texas drag history, entertainment, and philanthropy. This exhibition and digital archive aims to tell the story of our people, our community, and the spaces where we gather(ed).
Help us archive, highlight, and preserve the narratives of community in the Texas Drag Legacy Archives happening in Spring 2027.
